  I really hate this bank. Actually, I'm waiting in the drive thru now. This is the worst customer service bank I've ever been to. I have literally watched someone take my deposit, sit it on the counter and walk back to the office and sit down. Another teller finally found the bag and took care of it. Typical time spent here, in the drive thru is 20 mins, but I've spent 45 before. I bank here w my company, I would have already switched banks otherwise.

  Long wait just to ask a question about my savings account and I went up to the teller if someone can help and me just answer a question about my savings he said everyone is busy and I told him I just need to know if I can transfer to cd right away and he said everyone is busy I can’t answer the question so I told him can you just ask someone and find out he said ok I will... I sat down looked at him for 15 minutes he didn’t do anything!!! Didn’t ask anyone and not did he have any customers at the time he was talking to the other teller the entire time and laughing m.. about 30 mins later they called my name and asked them the quistion and got answered right away.
